The Marketing Coordinator assists with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote our medical services and enhance our brand visibility by collaborating with various teams, developing content, and utilizing project coordination to lead our initiatives.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by managing assigned projects and administrative functions, serving as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The role includes marketing operations, campaign and data management, asset and inventory management, and project support.

The Media Buyer/Planner is responsible for the planning of all media for existing clients and new business, in addition to researching, developing, and presenting media plans and media buying. This role purchases media space for multiple clients, including television, radio, outdoor, and print media in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Marketing Representative is an integral part of the Long Drink team, responsible for assisting the state lead and our distributor sales force in bringing the Long Drink brand to life in their designated territory; a hybrid sales and marketing role focused on building the brand with our OFF & ON Premise partners to delight Long Drink customers.

Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities, liaise with multiple departments to ensure plans are efficiently executed, and document and communicate key marketing plans and decisions. Build and maintain Marketing records, and contribute to seasonal playbooks and briefs. Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems.

This role involves managing product launches, conducting market research, creating tailored marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support local sales efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires someone with a strong understanding of local healthcare systems and market dynamics and will report regularly on launch progress, competitive analysis, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
