The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. This role focuses on census growth through vision, mission, and growth, involving site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads, requiring up to 50% travel and possible overnight stays.

Ensure recruitment tasks are fully executed for projects in the Scandinavia region and other assigned markets. Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents. Proactively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions, aiming to maximize internal resources and ensure successful project delivery.
