What you'll do:
- Run full-cycle searches end to end, from intake through offer and close.
- Source proactively across LinkedIn, local job boards, communities, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and keep searches moving.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership.
- Experience hiring in Latin America and fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong sourcing instincts and comfort running high-volume and niche searches.
Pay and benefits:
- Base salary range of $50,000-$60,000 USD converted to local currency.
