Sr. Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract Role)

Role Overview:

• This is a 6-month contract position for a temporary full-time Senior Technical Recruiter based in LATAM.
• You'll support hiring across LATAM and the U.S. during a high-growth period.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source and engage top technical talent using AI-first sourcing tools and other channels.
• Manage candidate experience and pipelines in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate tracking and communication.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, including engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong sourcing background using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools like Gem, HireEZ, or Juicebox.
• Fluent English and experience hiring across LATAM and/or the U.S. with a data-driven mindset.
