About the Role:
- Partner closely with HR, TA, and technical teams to identify key talent needs.
- Play a key role in shaping the technical talent brought into the business.
About the Work:
- Build robust candidate pipelines for engineering and other technical roles.
- Devise and manage sourcing plans using competitive intel and funnel metrics.
- Use HRIS and ATS systems to run reports and track performance metrics.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment.
- Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technology stacks and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Logistics:
- Temporary role through end of 2026 with potential extension.
- Remote within United States and Canada, working Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Hourly pay range $30 - $39 USD.
