Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across R&D and G&A to develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights and calibrating candidate profiles.

Responsibilities:

Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and technical communities.
Research, identify, and engage passive candidates across technical disciplines.
Track and analyze pipeline health, sourcing performance, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications:

8+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment, including hardware/AI roles.
Strong understanding of hardware and AI-adjacent technical roles and terminology.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM.

Compensation:

Starting hourly range for U.S. based candidates: $58–$72 USD depending on location and experience.
Final compensation determined by experience, scope, and level.
