What you'll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data.
- Run structured intake meetings and translate technical requirements into actionable search strategies.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI tools.
Who you are:
- 5+ years recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with deep LatAm technical recruiting experience.
- Advanced sourcing skills across multiple channels, with proven ability to close senior hires.
