Recruiter

What you will do:

• Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent.
• Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to screens to offers.
• Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics and communication systems.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or technical roles pivoting into recruiting.
• 2+ years in-house at a scaling startup.
• Creative sourcer with deep understanding of engineering culture.
