Build the interfaces, services, tooling, and enforcement pipelines for Trust & Safety, including consoles and enforcement automations. You will build and maintain internal services for enforcement, throttling, and policy rules, design automation pipelines that move from detection to decision to action, and connect with core infrastructure. The role also involves implementing safeguards, collaborating with teams, and ensuring traceability of enforcement actions.

You’ll be the engine behind Trust & Safety’s data backbone, ensuring ingestion is reliable, latency is low, and data is correct, so that detection, tooling, and dashboards always have solid ground. As a Data Engineer at Resend, you will build and maintain ETL/streaming pipelines for logs, events, metadata, and attribution.

As the first Data Analyst on our Trust & Safety squad, you will identify abuse patterns, analyze behavioral signals, and develop scalable detection systems that prevent harmful users and enable good senders and scale. You will root-cause investigations of unexpected events or spikes and define, instrument, and monitor key metrics.

Evolve the Resend website, product, and brand as a Design Engineer. Translate designs in Figma to web-native experiences. Build complex and interactive UI web/app experiences. Polish and improve the experience by jumping in the code. Translate customer requests into solutions.
