Open Source Engineer

This role will be crucial in creating high-quality, open source packages that enhance our platform's developer experience and community engagement. You will build and maintain react.email for developers to integrate with/without Resend, design and implement developer tools that simplify building emails, contribute to open standards and collaborate with the developer community. You will also document and showcase integration patterns and best practices, and triage and resolve issues in our public repositories.

Be the front-line of customer requests, debug, report, and sometimes fix bugs and regressions. Advocate for customer needs to the greater Resend team, iterate internal workflows to improve our resolution speed and efficacy. Proactively build relationships and identify potential papercuts for customers and create documentation that answers customer questions or showcases solutions.
