Technical Recruiter

What you'll do:

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for key positions across engineering, product, and design.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks, and manage the candidate experience.

What we're looking for:

• 4-8 years of recruiting experience at high-growth tech startups.
• Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Hands-on sourcing experience and familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Mataview, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
