What You'll Do:

Execute full-cycle recruiting for R&D IC and leadership roles.
Drive proactive talent strategy through market mapping and long-range engagement.
Employ creative sourcing and optimize hiring processes.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-bar roles.
Proven track record hiring for technical roles across multiple disciplines.
Experience with senior stakeholders and a talent partner mindset.
