Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates through social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics including funnel conversion rates, time to hire, and offer acceptance rates.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 7 years of in-house technical recruiting with a proven track record for technical roles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, product leaders, and executives in a startup environment.
