The HR Coordinator answers phones, assigns work, conducts research, creates documents, triages client matters, and collaborates with the rest of the HR services team to develop initial responses to questions, edit documents, and review submissions. The person in the role will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high phone volume environment, switching from one topic to another, and from one communication medium to another.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their teamsβ hiring needs and team dynamics. Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates who strive for innovation within their respective field. Act as a consultant through the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.
