The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People department, supporting the Recruiting team with high-volume interview coordination, process improvement, and scheduling, while working collaboratively with recruiters and interview teams to enhance the candidate and interviewer experience. This is a fully remote role.

This role will help build an extraordinary customer success team in a hyper-growth environment. The GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and be a DEI advocate. The recruiter will create strategies to build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented "People Analytics Specialist" to join our "People" team, this role is key to preparing, maintaining, and analyzing up-to-date and accurate metrics from the "people" area and "total rewards" data. You will manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and help maintain consistent job architecture.

This role will oversee real-time management, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning to ensure the right staffing levels are maintained across all customer support channels. The Workforce Manager will play a critical role in aligning staffing strategies with business goals, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met while optimizing costs and agent productivity. This individual will lead a team of Real-Time Analysts (RTA) and Scheduling Analysts, collaborating closely with Customer Support Leadership, HR, and Finance.
