Enterprise SAAS client is in need of two top-of-funnel technical recruiters to support product management, design, and software roles. These roles are fully remote, and the duration of the contract is six months with the possibility to extend or convert for high performers. The recruiter will take the candidates whole way through the process, but won't be business-facing and won't have to do reporting.
The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for active and upcoming roles. This position focuses on high-volume sourcing efforts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified leads for the recruiting team. The Sourcer will leverage various sourcing channels and initiate first contact with potential candidates to assess interest and basic fit, handing over warm leads to the TA team for next steps.
