About the Role:

  • Support day-to-day people operations and administrative work across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with the HR Operations Specialist.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, accurate HR records, and consistent execution of core HR processes.

Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate pre-boarding tasks for new hires.
  • Schedule orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials.
  • Maintain and evolve new hire checklists.

HR Administration:

  • Provide first-level support for employee benefits inquiries.
  • Prepare and process HR documents and maintain digital personnel files.
  • Support HRIS data entry, updates and routine audits.
