Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day administration of people systems (Rippling, Lattice, Tilt, Jira), including continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled workflows
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation, process guides, and internal resources
- Execute and manage logistics for engagement surveys, performance cycles, and continuous feedback processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Benefits Administration
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS, LMS, and people systems (e.g., Rippling, Lattice, Tilt, JIRA, or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong documentation, process discipline, and data/spreadsheet skills
