Responsibilities:
- Own and execute day-to-day People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Run end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including systems access and coordination.
- Maintain accurate, compliant employee records across HR systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong working knowledge of core HR principles and compliance.
- Experience supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll operations.
