HR Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the onboarding/new hire orientation process from conditional offer through the first week of employment.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (Workday) and personnel folders with accurate employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee and execute the leave of absence process for employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR with strong understanding of the various functional areas within HR.
• Proficiency in Workday, Excel/Google Sheets strongly preferred.
