Responsibilities:
- Lead optimization and delivery of People processes and policies.
- Introduce AI-enabled tools to improve support for managers and employees.
- Ensure consistent and compliant people practices across all regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in People Operations or similar role.
- Familiarity with U.S. People Operations requirements and compliance.
