Job Description
People Operations Leadership:
-Lead and improve programs across total rewards, payroll, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, onboarding, and offboarding.
-Manage employee leaves (FMLA, parental, medical) ensuring compliance.
-Monitor People Ops metrics (turnover, engagement, compensation benchmarks) to inform improvements.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Lead the benchmarking, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs to keep them competitive and transparent.
-Shape Unreal’s compensation philosophy.
-Oversee payroll operations end-to-end ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
HR Systems and Compliance:
-Own and optimize HRIS and people data ensuring accuracy and automation.
-Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations, providing culturally aligned guidance.
-Establish and maintain compliance policies and employee relations frameworks.
