Sword Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) to join the Move business unit as part of our Clinical Operations team. In this remote role, you will create personalized programming through the Sword Portal to help members improve their physical health and achieve their goals, while building strong, trusting relationships. This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. Hours fluctuate between 25 and 40 hours/week.

This role supports Physical Therapists (PTs) through all stages of the licensing and credentialing lifecycle, while ensuring clinicians are appropriately licensed and credentialed to deliver care across various states and health plans. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of licensing and credentialing processes, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsible for creating and managing a global, enterprise wide security strategy and program. You will work cross functionally with our Engineering, Product, Operations, and HR teams to create strategies, policies, and frameworks as they relate to application security, compliance, and security operations.

This is a variable-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours/week and 20 hours/week and is fully remote within the US. In this role you will be enabling scalable pelvic care delivery by conducting non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members, collecting their information, guiding initial setup, and ensuring seamless transfer of members to the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist.

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the AI Team, you will play a critical role in building, scaling, and optimizing the infrastructure that supports our ML-powered clinical features, decision support systems, and upcoming innovations in Generative AI.

Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and improving Sword’s products by hands-on AI/ML development. Develop and maintain data processing pipelines for getting the data required to build and evaluate models. Work alongside the Product, Data & Engineering Teams to define and implement AI/ML-powered features for internal and external users.

Research and identify new innovation grant opportunities at a global level. Prepare, submit, and manage applications for global innovation grants, including technical, scientific, and financial components. Coordinate cross-functional meetings to identify and define innovation projects eligible for funding. Liaise with promoting entities, project partners, and funding bodies to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.

This individual will create compelling content to drive member enrollments, activation, and program completion across key employers, clients, and health plans in the US. Leveraging channel expertise in email and/or direct mail, and exceptional content creation skills, they will play a pivotal role in helping the Thrive team achieve ambitious growth goals. They are equally comfortable with long-form and short-form content and are skilled at identifying and supporting key initiatives to drive growth among top clients.

Own the strategy and implementation of quality management systems to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care. Drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by auditing insights, data analysis, and outcomes tracking. Ensure compliance with critical policies and regulatory standards, oversee complex escalations, and proactively identify and mitigate quality risks across operations.
