One of the regional leaders in the company’s global compensation and benefits (C&B) team, responsible for the Americas region (USA, Canada, México, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay), leads strategy and implementation of C&B initiatives, manages the regional C&B team, and provides support and expertise.

Sutherland is seeking a motivated and passionate person to join as a Bilingual HR Support Representative with Spanish and English, where you will receive and log HR inquiries via phone and email, resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems, and address employee inquiries on policies and benefits.
