MX BASED - TRAINING COORDINATOR

• Our staff contribute to a mission of ending suicide among LGBTQ young people, embodying values of heart, integrity, community, belonging, and progress.

Role Summary:

• The Training Coordinator supports training programs end to end.
• This includes designing, maintaining, and updating training content, as well as supporting counselors with best practices.
• We provide structured guidance and empathetic feedback to promote volunteer and counselor success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe environment for every team member and trainee, promoting inclusion and diversity.
• Collaborate on the design of effective training programs and tailor content to the latest research and best practices.
• Support day-to-day training operations and facilitate engaging workshops, role-plays, and shadow sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3 years) in designing and facilitating training or educational programs.
• Proficiency in computer tools and online training platforms (LMS & MOOCs) and tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, and Canva.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with empathy and sensitivity to trauma and LGBTQ+ issues.
