## Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe environment for every team member, promoting inclusion and diversity.
- Provide crisis intervention counseling to LGBTQ+ youth via chat and text, building trust and safe space.
- Engage with multiple youth simultaneously, ensuring individualized support.
## Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, mental health, or related field.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
- Sensitivity to issues faced by LGBTQ+ youth in crisis.
