The Clinical Specialist will utilize motivational interviewing techniques to explore and resolve ambivalence, complete paperwork and referrals, and facilitate linkage to internal and external services. This role involves actively matching patients with service providers, resolving barriers to services, providing support to at-risk patients, and completing assessments as needed.

The Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Quality team and ensuring a seamless experience for our provider network. This clinician will serve as the primary point of contact for managing our clinical support inbox, responding to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients. In a large, fast-paced organization like Rula, we rely on licensed clinicians who are efficient, self-directed, and clinically sharp.

This is a full-time fully remote position. The Intake Therapist plays a vital role in Guidelight Health’s mission to provide compassionate, individualized mental health care. As the first point of contact for potential new clients, you will conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand their unique needs of each client, guiding them to the right level of care.
