Coordinate patient onboarding, device setup, and education on remote monitoring technology. Monitor patient data, analyze trends, and escalate health changes to providers. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care and ensure documentation accuracy.

Ensure coding compliance with CMS guidelines and state/federal regulations, and assist with claim reviews and audits.
