What You'll Do:
- Prepare patients for virtual appointments and document health information including behavioral health screenings.
- Conduct safety assessments and support psychiatric providers during telehealth visits.
- Manage workflows in eClinicalWorks, including medication refills, prior authorizations, and care coordination.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in behavioral health, telemedicine, or outpatient primary care preferred.
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR and ability to work independently remotely.
