• You will provide warm, empathetic responses to incoming calls from students needing support or who may be in crisis.
• You will complete risk assessments and de-escalate crisis intensity to prevent self-harm or harm to others.
• You will collaborate with students to develop a plan for safety and recommend next steps.

Who You Are:

• You have 1+ years experience practicing telehealth, crisis management, or in a call center environment.
• You have training and experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• You can work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and maturity.
