Provide virtual therapy to college students as a New York Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments. Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments.

Provide high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with students, providing them with the support they need. Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care.

The Program Manager will lead the daily operations of Mantra’s ConnectNow service, an on-demand, real-time support line for college students. You will oversee a team of behavioral health providers, ensuring clinical quality and performance, and providing consultation. You will also deliver direct care to students, assessing needs and coordinating crisis interventions, collaborating with campus staff, community responders, EMS, or law enforcement.

Lead and optimize demand generation and marketing efforts, bringing experience in Higher Education or Behavioral Health. Focus on marketing initiatives such as webinars, personalized email campaigns, and marketing assets that drive awareness and conversion within Mantra’s funnel. Develop targeted marketing campaigns, manage end-to-end webinar execution, and continuously refine strategies to maximize engagement and impact.
