This role will own the strategy, execution, performance, and analysis of the student experience, primarily focused on the in-product experience. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, execute, and rigorously optimize Mantra Health’s student journey that drives retention and utilization within our product. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Mantra’s Head of Marketing and senior leaders across the organization.

This role will provide leadership to the existing Partner Success Team by forming strong connections with campus partners in higher education, allowing those partners to deepen their relationships. They will guide and support their team on best practices and act as an escalation point, drive retention and expansion, and identify cross-sell opportunities for new products.

Provide virtual therapy to college students, delivering high-quality care using evidence-based interventions. Utilize the collaboration portal to connect with students and maintain timely records. Partner with the administrative support team to enhance overall student care and collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
