Guidance Consultant (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage)

About the Role:

• Provide direct support to clients remotely on behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness related issues.
• Use clinical expertise to help clients navigate resources and provide in the moment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telephonically address client concerns by conducting clinical intakes and referring to appropriate resources.
• Ensure adherence to departmental protocols and best practices for compliance and high-quality service.
• Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services with a positive and professional approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Health field.
• Superior active listening skills and demonstrated ability to be empathetic.
• Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization.
