About the Role:

  • Respond to clinical professionals and prospective clients seeking treatment for addiction and mental health issues.
  • Gather and analyze client information to make appropriate referrals to Acadia facilities.
  • Ensure a service-oriented and professional working environment in the Admissions Support Center call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage calls by understanding callers' purpose, needs, and urgency.
  • Collect and record client information in Salesforce.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with working hours 12:30pm - 9:00pm Central time.
  • Part of a call center team focused on meeting metrics and service targets.
  • Compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality.
