Responsibilities:
- Manage Referral Management Portals and monitor all faxed and webform referrals.
- Utilize facility criteria to process referrals and respond to inquiries within policy timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work, or related field.
- Knowledge of admission processes and insurance reimbursement practices.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Concur, and MS Office.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position supporting acute behavioral health facilities nationwide.
- Requires working one weekend day shift (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
