Position Overview:

  • The Admissions Admin Assistant supports the Admissions team, serving as the first point of contact for clients and families.
  • This role helps complete administrative tasks for incoming clients, ensuring accurate chart setup and coordinating referrals.
  • Schedule is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 10:30a-7p CST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the shared admissions email inbox, routing inquiries and responses.
  • Enter referrals into Salesforce and create Avatar NX charts for new clients.
  • Take live messages on the phone queue and schedule telehealth appointments.
