The Role:

  • Every person who reaches out to Steadfast Health is taking a meaningful step. As an Intake Specialist, you're the first voice they hear.
  • You'll guide prospective patients, current patients, and referring partners through the process of accessing care, from that first conversation to a scheduled appointment.

What You'll Own:

  • Intake & Enrollment (80%): Be the first point of contact, verify insurance eligibility, open patient charts, and schedule initial visits.
  • Ongoing Patient Support (20%): Conduct outreach for appointment reminders, rescheduling, and bring ground-level insights to the Care Team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience with scheduling, patient support, or insurance navigation, and a genuine commitment to serving people with SUD.
  • Self-directed, organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills built for a remote environment.
