Overview:

  • Give superior customer service over the phone and work behind the scenes on a computer.
  • Join our central call center team as a medical Scheduler.
  • Typical schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in a medical office environment, call center, or healthcare training program graduate.
  • HS Diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, highly organized, and very detail oriented.
