Job Summary:
- Act as the first point of contact for scheduling critical imaging appointments.
- Manage comprehensive patient scheduling in Cerner and GECB.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma and one year call center or two years clinical experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
