Duties:

  • Answer calls through call queues.
  • Complete documentation in EMR and marketing systems.
  • Maintain performance related to KPIs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1+ Year Customer Service Experience Preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.

Environment:

  • This position is remote.
  • The noise level at corporate facilities and offices is usually moderately quiet & indoors.
  • Incumbent may be exposed to traumatic situations.
