  • Enters and updates work orders within an online scheduling system.
  • Updates customer notes in CRM system.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a high volume call center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
