About the Role:

• You are the first point of contact for adults seeking substance use and mental health treatment.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective clients through admissions, and convert inquiries into enrollments with empathy and urgency.
• Blends consultative sales, client care, and coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to all new inquiries same day via phone and email.
• Conduct consultative intake calls to assess needs and determine level of care fit.
• Manage personal admissions pipeline and meet enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in behavioral health admissions, substance use treatment, or healthcare sales.
• CRM proficiency and consultative communication skills.
• Empathetic, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environment.
