About the Role:
- You will own the full conversion journey from first touch to scheduled calls.
- This role requires both consultative selling skills for inbound leads and confidence for outbound calling.
- It is not a passive, script-heavy call center role; it requires initiative and comfort working independently.
What You Will Do:
- Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold leads.
- Proactively reach out via phone, SMS, chat, and email, educating patients with approved messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion KPIs.
