What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (inbound heavy).
- Follow up consistently with non-enrollments and warm leads.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and strong pipeline management.
Schedule & Work Expectations:
- Full-time availability ONLY.
- You manage your own calendar and daily hours — but operate as a full-time team member.
- Requires high discipline, resilience, and strong ownership.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of proven sales experience, ideally in closing roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and meticulous record keeping.
- Elite follow-up skills — persistent, organized, proactive.
