Own cross-functional project delivery across Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Ops, tracking progress and surfacing blockers early. Run streamlined sprint and delivery rituals that create real alignment, cutting anything that doesn't. Write precise project briefs and specs executable by engineers and AI agents with minimal back-and-forth.

Lead a team of 4–8 full-stack engineers as a player/coach, spending ~40% of time coding and in agent pipelines. Design and operate Claude agent teams using multi-agent pipelines to parallelize engineering work and increase team leverage. Own delivery end to end, set technical standards, and build the systems that make the team scale.

Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across networks and direct relationships. Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates and negotiate commission structures and CPA deals. Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety, and report on affiliate contribution metrics.

Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads. Manage your own pipeline, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs while collaborating with care and operations teams.

Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikToks, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats. Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming. Track performance weekly and connect content decisions to growth metrics.
Write scripts and concepts for short-form comedy content across TikTok and Instagram Reels. Develop recurring formats, characters, and comedic angles rooted in wellness and weight loss. Collaborate with Creative Director and Social Media Manager on content calendars and creative direction.
