You will lead and grow a team of skilled Technical Implementation Managers (TIMs) who are critical to the success of Red Canary’s customer onboarding process. You will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure customers are set up for success with Red Canary’s solutions.

The Implementation Specialist participates and contributes to the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s HRC suite, including requirements analysis, software configuration, data analysis, testing, and go-live support. The role involves planning, researching, and analyzing customer business needs, providing recommendations, and managing projects from start to finish.
