About The Role:

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Onboarding: Lead new providers through the technical implementation process, ensuring data is synced and accounts are optimized.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the technical point of contact for providers, troubleshooting integration issues and platform bugs.
  • Proactive Success: Monitor provider health.

Who You Are:

  • Technically Literate:You aren't necessarily a developer, but you understand APIs, webhooks, and how SaaS platforms talk to each other.
  • A Master Communicator: You can take a complex technical error and explain it simply to a business owner.
  • Problem Solver: You don't just report problems; you find workarounds and suggest long-term fixes.
