The Role:
- Help close deals and ensure customers succeed immediately after signature.
- Partner tightly with Sales to run demos, lead technical validation, and remove implementation friction.
- Own how customers experience Arbi, Athena, and Aurora from first demo through value realization.
What You'll Do & Own:
- Drive technical confidence during sales cycles and help advance deals toward signature.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide prospects through real world workflows.
- Act as the customer voice internally by gathering concerns, complaints, and feature gaps from customer interactions.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience driving pre sales technical workflows and directly influencing deal progression.
- Strong implementation mindset with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support a product.
