As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you’ll oversee the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. You'll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration—ensuring they’re set up for long-term success. You will be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams.
The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextech’s standard implementation methodology across its suite of solutions, including onsite super-user training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization, requiring issue investigation, creative problem-solving and training clients, as well as internal staff, as needed.
Expert in specialized areas within the healthcare environment. Designs and presents solutions and options that improve patient care, enhance patient engagement, improve operational efficiency and improve the organization's financial position. Reviews and analyzes systems including testing and documenting Epic applications.
