Provide critical leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring the optimal performance and integrity of clinical information systems. Manage system configurations and upgrades while leading a team of clinical informaticists. Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to drive EHR adoption and optimize workflows.

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, APIs, and related standards.
• Support data exchange between PACS, RIS, EHR, dictation/voice recognition systems, and other clinical applications.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot integration interfaces to ensure accurate data mapping, formatting, and transmission.

Under minimal direction, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, testing, training, and support of Beaker in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This position will also play a pivotal role in the optimization and configuration of Epic EHR system and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of Epic applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies.

The Director of Implementation (Enterprise) is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and technical enablement of large, complex healthcare organizations into Aledade’s technology ecosystem. This role requires exceptional project leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise EHR workflows and data integration strategies. The director will manage a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects, fostering strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
