- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams
- Support FHIR -based data mapping efforts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BA or business systems analyst experience, ideally in health IT
- Familiarity with FHIR , HL7 , or healthcare data standards
- Proficiency in writing user stories and process flow documentation
Pluses:
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health is a plus
- Exposure to CDS Hooks or clinical decision support logic is a plus
