Work hand in hand with great devops engineers building out devops best practices in the federal space. This will include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, creating infrastructure with terraform, writing ansible playbooks, and building tools. You should bring in-depth experience with config management tools, the ability to create and support AWS environments (ECS, ECR, Lambda, RDS, Lambda), experience working with and supporting Terraform and Docker, and skill in developing and improving CI/CD scripts and services.

Work hand in hand with other engineers in building out interfaces that match designs, consuming and creating data from the backend. Your input will help drive the direction and format of data endpoints and your day to day efforts will include communicating architecture choices to other team members.

The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.

Oddball is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead, shape, and grow one of our largest engineering teams. In this role, the Technical Lead will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and others to drive and deliver high-quality products to our federal partners. This Technical Lead will manage, mentor, guide, and mold our team drawing on their experience delivering and creating quality products.
