HR Generalist

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation. Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and other statutory or company-specific leaves. Guide employees through the leave application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for CDS capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Lead requirements gathering with clinical stakeholders including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
  • Translate clinical and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
