Work hand in hand with other engineers in building out interfaces that match designs, which consume and create data from the backend. Your input will help drive the direction and format of data endpoints and your day to day efforts will include communicating architecture choices to other team members.

This role supports the COO and Program Managers across day-to-day business operations, compliance, and program support activities and plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with federal contracting standards, and helping scale internal processes as Oddball grows. You’ll support financial activities, QASP compliance, contract transitions, and operational audits. You’ll help maintain operational systems and documentation repositories, prepare deliverables and executive reports.

As a Program Manager at Oddball, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex programs supporting digital modernization and transformation efforts across the federal landscape. You’ll oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists ensuring alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.

Seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and operation of secure delivery pipelines for large-scale federal health systems. In this role, you’ll own the secure delivery platform that supports cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability, compliance, and resiliency across the full software lifecycle.

This role will be vital in the content planning and production of our proposals submitted to various federal agencies. Working directly with our proposal, BD, capture, solutioning, and operations teams, this role will work across the organization to ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and responsive. This role will be instrumental in facilitating growth at Oddball and will have a direct impact across all business units and the future of our company.
