Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple administration systems and processes. Design and implement large and complex technical solutions and processes to satisfy business and customer requirements. Diagnose, debug, and resolve software problems and prepare and modify technical documentation.

Seeking a Tandem Developer with experience in HP NonStop systems and tools. Responsibilities include Tandem programming using COBOL and TACL, working with Tandem database systems like Enscribe or SQLMP, and utilizing Tandem utilities such as Pathway TMF and Guardian. The role involves batch processing, online transaction processing (OLTP), and system performance tuning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

The focus is to develop and deliver innovative customer-centric technologies and solutions that facilitate OPM operation and maintenance (O&M) and Modernization support for legacy and new applications in a production environment. Support the development and work with government business/mission clients to ensure changes/bugs identified in the production systems are fixed, verified, and tested in lower environments. The candidate participates and effectively contributes to the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.
