• Creation and revision of COBOL code for mainframe systems
• Work with the Operations Unit, regarding the management of input and output, and quality control activities to ensure proper daily function
• Act as a liaison between other city agencies and OATH in development projects

• Provide engineering expertise for IT solutions.
• Obtain requirements from customers/users.
• Analyze Mainframe JCL and mainframe utility system requirements.
