Manage phone calls, patient scheduling, and follow-up outreach to ensure continuity of care. Encourage patient retention through education and reinforcement of holistic, drug-free care philosophy. Document patient status and communicate via SMS/email, utilizing OpenPhone VoIP and clinic scheduling software.
